Tasting Notes: Crystal clear colour with green highlights. The nose is generous with aromas of citrus, apples, mineral, and saline notes. Excellent structure, crisp acidity, salinity, and minerality. Long and complex finish.
Vineyards: Gymno village, Nemea, 620 m altitude
Soil: Red clay
Age of Vines: 10 years
Vinification Maturation: Whole Bunch press, stainless steel fermentation at 15°C, sur lie for four months. No malolactic fermentation.
