This Japanese inspired recipe brings the sweet, smokey flavours of teriyaki together with a hint of ginger and a subtle tanginess to find a balance against the fresh, sea-side saltiness of the tuna. A welcome addition to any picnic.
All sustainably sourced, produced and canned in Landes, France as are all of Pirate offerings.

Harvested along a small stretch of the Brittany Coast from Saint Jean de Luz, Capbreton and Arcachon and Canned just up the road in Solférino where these bold combinations of the sea s bounty are created. All the while with the goal of bringing sustainable fishing practices to the dining tables of Europe and beyond.
